The importance of good marketing copy

Writing good marketing copy is hard.

So hard in fact, that I spent a whole 2 hours last night to write just 3 sentences.

For anyone with a business website its worth taking your time here though.

Good marketing copy can make a huge difference in translating impressions into customers and helping your brand stand out in crowded marketplaces.

The way I approach it is as follows:

  1. Identify the transformation: Understand what change your customer hopes to achieve through your product or service.

  2. Explain how you help them get there: Your copy should clearly outline how your product or service helps them achieve that transformation

Seems simple, but actually very hard to get right.
